Great to meet you!

Your path towards wellness does not have to be walked alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over a decade of experience providing support for people experiencing trauma and PTSD, life transitions, depression and anxiety.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide Trauma-Centered and Somatic Psychotherapy to help work through and remove life barriers that inhibit the best version of yourself. I offer a trauma-informed approach to create a safe, compassionate and strength-based space to work towards healing.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, we will spend some time allowing space for your personal journey that led to session and collaborate on goals to work towards in therapy. We will create a plan together to pave a clearer path towards wellness.
