Great to meet you!

When anxiety, behavioral challenges, family conflict, or difficult life experiences begin affecting your home, relationships, or everyday life, it can feel overwhelming trying to figure out the next step. You may be searching for support for yourself, your child, or your family while hoping to find someone who truly understands your unique experiences and goals. Meaningful change is possible, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety, ADHD, depression, anger management, and trauma so they can build healthier relationships, strengthen emotional resilience, and create a greater sense of balance at home and in everyday life. I work with adults, adolescents, children, and families, providing therapy in both English and Spanish while creating a welcoming, supportive space where every client feels heard, respected, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should provide a safe place to process life's challenges while also giving you practical tools that create meaningful change outside of our sessions. Together, we'll explore the experiences, thoughts, emotions, and family dynamics that may be contributing to your current challenges while building healthier ways of communicating, coping, and moving forward. My approach incorporates Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Family Systems Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy because every client deserves an approach tailored to their unique strengths, developmental needs, and personal goals. Together, we can work through panic disorder, PTSD, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, relationship issues, and family conflict, always adapting therapy to your individual needs and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, collaborative relationship where you feel accepted, supported, and encouraged from the very first session. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and genuine curiosity while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate meaningful progress, and navigate challenges with greater confidence. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, we'll work together to build practical skills that strengthen communication, foster resilience, and create lasting positive change. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more empowered, more connected, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
