Great to meet you!

I am a New York state and New Jersey state licensed clinical psychologist. I received my doctorate in psychology from Long Island University-Post. I completed an APA accredited internship from Mt. Sinai Services-Elmhurst Hospital Center. I received postdoctoral training from New York University Counseling and Wellness Services. I specialize in working with adults with concerns regarding career, relationships, life transitions, identity, anxiety, eating disorder/body image, and grief/loss.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing therapy is integrative and client-focused. This means that I individualize therapy based on the client's challenges and goals through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and mindfulness modalities. I use treatment that is evidence-based and effective. My style is collaborative, goal-directed and open.

What you can expect from me

Therapy may feel like you are talking with a friend, while working towards your treatment goals. Together we will create a cadence that is comfortable and effective. The therapy session is your space to talk freely in a place that feels safe and non-judgmental.
