Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 27 years of experience. I collaborate with my clients to formulate a treatment plan and teach them strategies needed to successfully accomplish their treatment goals. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression and life transitions. I have experience with children, adults and parenting issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am empathic, an excellent listener and my approach is client centered and empowering. My main technique is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is very effective in the treatment of anxiety and depression.

What you can expect from our first session

-Empowerment: I empower clients to focus on the belief that they can accomplish their goals.

-Self awareness: I encourage clients to better understand themselves and their strengths and weaknesses which can lead to a more fulfilling life.

-Client-centered: My focus is on the client making their own decision about desired changes so they can be 100% invested in making those changes.
