Great to meet you!

Life is full of transitions, changes, and challenges. Adapting to new environments, relationships, roles, and identities can often feel uncomfortable. To navigate these shifts successfully, we need space to grieve, adjust or develop new coping strategies, manage our emotions, and fine-tune our communication skills. As a Certified Trauma Professional, I specialize in treating symptoms of grief, trauma, and life-altering experiences.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, psychoeducation, and mindfulness—all through a trauma-informed lens. My approach is practical and compassionate. I collaborate closely with clients to ensure each session is tailored to meet their unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Hardship and change are universal experiences, yet in these moments we often feel alone. I want you to know - you are not alone. I am here to walk alongside you, to support you, to listen to you.
