Great to meet you!

I work with the people who take care of everyone else — first responders, nurses, teachers, caregivers, and other helping professionals who are running on empty and don't quite know how to ask for help. I also have specialized training in OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is the gold-standard treatment for OCD and is hard to find locally. My practice, Path Counseling, is in Parker, CO, and I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions with evening and Saturday availability.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my approach to each client, drawing on CBT, ACT, DBT, and ERP depending on what fits best for you. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach — helping professionals in particular have often tried to 'think their way through' their problems, so I focus on experiential, evidence-based tools that actually create change rather than just insight. I'm warm and direct, and I'll work hard with you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what brought you in, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping will be different this time. I'll ask questions and listen carefully — you won't be handed a worksheet or asked to fill out endless forms. By the end of the hour, we'll have a clear picture of what we're working on and a plan for how to get there. Most clients leave that first session feeling relieved that they finally made the call.
