Great to meet you!

I specialize in issues including relationship challenges, setting healthy boundaries, managing anxiety, overcoming perfectionism, shedding people-pleasing tendencies, and adapting to major life changes, as well as adult ADHD. If you're currently navigating any of these aspects of life, I am confident that we can work together to help you rediscover joy and contentment. I identify as Jewish and as a Zionist. While this does not inform my general practice, I can and would be honored to offer a safe space to clients of similar identities who may have difficulty finding safe therapeutic spaces or feeling understood.

I realize that no two people are the same, and therapy with me is tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences as an individual. My therapy approach involves supporting you in uncovering barriers in your life, such as early life experiences, unproductive behavior patterns, and internalized beliefs guide you toward a happier, more fulfilling life.

You may be initially hesitant to seek out help and support, but when you do, you will know that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you. If you’re interested in rediscovering happiness and fulfillment, I’d love to work with you every step of the way. Please contact me today!

My approach to therapy

Whether you're facing a specific life challenge or grappling with a general sense of unease, my therapeutic approach is tailored to meet you where you are. With a blend of evidence-based practices and a person-centered focus, I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore, heal, and grow.

What you can expect from me

We will work collaboratively to help you identify and set objectives toward reaching your goals. I may be the therapist, but you are the expert on you, so together is how we can be most successful in helping you progress.
