I am glad you are reaching out and seeking help. I have extensive experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with a variety of issues. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with adjusting to life threatening illness, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief and major life changes (divorce, separation, termination of relationships, job loss, etc.). I also work with couples and families in working to repair damaged relationships.

As a strengths-based therapist, my approach is to use solution-focused techniques in guiding you to realize the tools and skills you possess to overcome the issues you are facing. I frequently use cognitively challenging techniques such as DBT and CBT, although each client is treated individually, based on their needs.

My goal for everyone I encounter is to offer hope and healing along your journey of discovering a life of fulfillment and peace.
