Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m a therapist who is here to help you take control of your own life, with empathetic and straightforward guidance. You have the answer inside you; sometimes it just takes someone helping move away the clutter. We will work together to uncover old patterns and beliefs that have been holding you back from being your true self.

My approach to therapy

I want to meet each person where they are, not where I want them to be. While I subscribe to some methods, I truly believe that each person is an individual and that different individuals may benefit from different theories...but mostly we are just having a conversation!

What you can expect from me

We will have a relaxed, open discussion in which we talk a little about what brings you in...your family, your friends, your relationships, your goals..all the things that make you, you! If we both feel it's a good match and I'm able to serve you, we go from there. A therapeutic relationship is important for a good outcome, so always make the decision best for you!
