Great to meet you!

If you are struggling with anxiety, feeling disconnected from loved ones, or stuck in your life, therapy can help. Maybe you are not finding as much joy in the things you used to love, are arguing with your partner, or you’ve lost the confidence you once had. Together we can identify the patterns that are keeping you from the life you desire, and develop skills that will help you feel better now and create lasting change. You can feel more confident, more connected, and experience greater joy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I truly believe the most difficult times in life bring opportunity for the most growth. The cornerstone of my practice is building a trusting and authentic relationship. This way my clients are able to be open and get curious about what is holding them back. I honor that, “you are the expert on you,” so I use tools to build self awareness as the first step toward growth.

What you can expect from our first session

After working with me clients report feeling more connected to themselves and others, having better boundaries, more energy, and experiencing joy and balance in their lives.

I use cognitive behavioral therapy to create lasting improvement with simple changes. This approach has been proven to be effective to treat depression, anxiety and relationship issues and leads to significant improvement in functioning and quality of life.
