Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I hold masters degrees in both mental health counseling and addictions counseling. Through my continuing education, I am a trained trauma-informed therapist, an EMDR, and EMDR Flash clinician. Additionally, I am certified as a Body Positive Group Facilitator as well as a graduate of the Every Body is Beautiful Project. When I am not working in therapy, I teach adult dance classes and work as a professional burlesque dancer, along with being the lead singer of award-winning band Rachel & the JellyCats!

A bit about my approach to therapy

Together, we will explore themes such as self-discovery, relationships, coping skills, life transitions, self-esteem, and emotional regulation through meaningful and thoughtful conversation, activities, and skill-building. My clients describe me as empathetic, attentive, and supportive. They value my evidence-based, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Your therapy experience with me is centered around creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship, where you feel heard, understood, and respected.
