Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Rachel. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I’m here to start with where you are at. We will work collaboratively to help you heal from past hurts and the negative scripts that are running your show. I offer a non judgmental space for you to come, slow down, breathe and just be. My approach includes EMDR, Somatic Therapy and a values- based approach that helps you handle tough thoughts and feelings without getting stuck in them.

My approach to therapy

My approach invites a deeper look at how you are talking to yourself and to help you heal from past trauma. I provide a safe space for you to vent, laugh, cry and even curse. You already have all you need to live your best life. Together we can work on bringing it out.

What you can expect from me

I’ve learned through experience that each person comes to the table with their own story and strengths to pull from. If you are ready to start your journey today, give me a call.
