Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 8 years of experience working with adults, teens, and couples. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, depression, and life transitions.

My areas of focus include women’s issues, attachment wounds, people-pleasing patterns, and complex trauma, particularly as it shows up in relationships. I also enjoy working with women navigating motherhood and couples who feel stuck in repeating relational dynamics.

My approach to therapy

Many of the struggles we experience in adulthood are rooted in earlier relationships. In our work together, we’ll explore where these experiences come from and gently begin to shift them, so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and others.

My style is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I work from a psychodynamic perspective to build a deeper understanding of what’s shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while also focusing on creating meaningful change in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, what’s bringing you in, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, and we’ll begin identifying what feels most important to focus on.

I aim to create a space that feels both supportive and insightful, where deeper understanding leads to meaningful, lasting change. We’ll also take time to ensure that working together feels like a good fit.
