Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience, my greatest learning has not been found in clinical training, but in the work. Our life experiences certainly shape us, but they need not define us. My mission in serving others is to help them cultivate a more compassionate relationship with their emotions and a deeper sense of internal calm. I am a Reiki Master Teacher and remain devoted to the daily practice of my own healing and spiritual work. I view our struggles as experiences that offer lessons for growth, not situations that require diagnostic labels for validation. I have a passion for working with complex trauma, grief, betrayal and trust-rebuilding, LGBTQ2SIA+ identified folks, death, spiritual seekers, anxiety, and life transitions. My goal is to help you develop practical tools to somatically release stored emotions in the body and through doing so, cultivate a closer connection to deeper inner-truth. We are all on our paths to live more fully, authentically, and freely, I promise to be a reliable and trusted guide in your process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is more holistic, spiritual, and psychodynamic. I enjoy blending varying modalities found in both Western practices and Eastern philosophies to address each individual's unique needs. I want you to feel as though you're sitting with a grounded friend in the work who can offer guidance, encouragement and gentle shifting of limiting perspective. Together, we'll build a co-created space of non-judgment, humor, and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

Clients often report feeling seen, grounded, empowered, hopeful, challenged for growth, connected, centered, and energized after our sessions. My goal is to help you leave behind the stress you came in with and return to your life with a deeper sense of personal meaning, lightness and humor, and feelings of affirmation about the transformative work you're doing.
