Great to meet you!

I have over 20 years of experience with substance abuse, couples/relationships and mental health clients. I have worked on Military posts, MHMRs and residential facilities as well as private practice. I have numerous years of marriage and relationship counseling experience and I work with a couple to improve communication and manage conflict and misunderstandings.

My approach to therapy

Three of the most important components in therapy are having Trust, being Heard, and feeling Accepted. People choose therapy for many reasons and I provide a safe space where we can create a therapeutic bond that will support change, improve your quality of life and help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships and your environment.

What you can expect from me

We will discuss your goals for treatment and work on a plan to address your primary concerns. I provide CBT assignments to address specific problem areas in your environment, relationships or personal difficulties, and in your ability to manage these problems. Your therapy can be short term-solution focused or long term based on your needs.
