Great to meet you!

My background and education includes a B.A. in Psychology from Westfield State and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from SUNY Albany. My 25 years of experience with adults and seniors has provided me with expertise in the areas of grief/ loss, life transitions, chronic medical conditions, memory issues/dementia, caregiver stress, life-limiting / terminal conditions, depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My practice includes evidence-based therapy acquired and blended from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Grief Counseling and Behavioral Activation. But most important, will be getting to know you and figuring out together what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

We all need a little help sometimes. Maybe you are seeking clarity, focus and a path forward. I would love to help you on a path to improved coping and sense of well-being. Together we will sort out what is important to you and how to put yourself on your own priority list.
