Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work and experience working in a variety of settings, including clinics, treatment centers, hospitals, and in-home therapy. I work with adults ages 18 and older and strive to create a warm, compassionate, collaborative environment where clients feel supported and understood. My approach is patient-centered and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Sex Therapy, and I draw from these approaches to help clients work through challenges such as anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I integrate several evidence based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Sex Therapy. These approaches allow me to tailor treatment to each client’s needs—whether that means developing skills to manage anxiety, processing past trauma, improving communication and intimacy in relationships, or navigating difficult life transitions. My style is gentle and validating while also offering thoughtful challenges that help clients grow, gain insight, and feel more empowered in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, my goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe healing and growth happen when people feel understood and empowered, so I focus on building a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients can openly process challenges and develop new perspectives. Together, we work to identify meaningful goals such as reducing symptoms of anxiety or depression, healing from past trauma, improving relationships, strengthening coping skills, and navigating life transitions with greater confidence. I strive to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and leave therapy feeling more empowered, balanced, and equipped to move forward in their lives.
