I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Central Florida (UCF), and I bring a wealth of clinical experience from working in diverse treatment settings—including exentensive training at residential programs for eating disorders with a ceritification in eating disorder treatment (CED-S). These experiences have deepened my ability to support individuals through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, mood disorders, women’s issues, relationship challenges, eating disorders, and major life transitions.
I take a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps us understand the powerful connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors -and how small shifts can create real, lasting impact. Together, we’ll better understand your emotions, uncover their root causes, and create practical strategies that help you manage life’s challenges with confidence.
As your therapist, my priority is to provide a safe, supportive, and virtual space where you can openly explore the challenges and recurring patterns in your life. Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but it can also be the start of deep, empowering transformation. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or looking for support on a broader journey of growth, I’m here to talk it through with you.
