Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Rachel and I’m excited to take the next steps with you in beginning or continuing your mental health journey. Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time — sometimes we laugh, sometimes we reflect, and sometimes we just figure out how to breathe through the chaos together. I help teens and adults navigate anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, and all the messy in-betweens of being human.

My approach to therapy

My approach is conversational, compassionate, and real — no judgment, no jargon. Think of it as a comfortable space to discuss things that can make us feel uncomfortable. Since there is no playbook for our mental health, the journey begins wherever you are, and I will meet you there. I utilize various evidence based approaches to therapy and can offer a multitude of interventions for whatever is on your heart and your mind.

What you can expect from me

Change doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen — especially when you have someone in your corner. If you’re feeling stuck, curious, or simply ready for something different, I’d love to help you take that next step.
