Rachel Pepper

Thanks for considering me as your therapist. I have many years of experience and genuinely love working with people to increase insight, improve communication, and survive the Trump years! I enjoy working with people of all ages and life stages, but I'm particularly a specialist in women's issues, working with teens and young adults, and members of the LGBT community.

I practice from a warm, relational perspective. Which means plenty of compassion, but also, motivation to make change.

Our first session usually involves a client sharing the reasons they have decided to seek therapy, and us figuring out the best paths forward-together.
