Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Rachel, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, honesty, and practical support. My background includes working in critical care at a Level II trauma hospital, where I’ve helped individuals and families through some of life’s most stressful and unexpected moments. Those experiences have strengthened my ability to remain calm, supportive, and solution-focused during difficult times.

I enjoy working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, grief, and burnout. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. My approach is warm, supportive, and goal-oriented while also encouraging honest reflection and personal growth. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques to help clients build healthier thought patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and increase confidence in managing life’s challenges.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support during a difficult season, we’ll work together to identify your goals and create realistic steps toward achieving them

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, explore your personal history, identify your strengths, and talk about the goals you’d like to accomplish. There’s no pressure to share everything at once as I understand that opening up can feel intimidating. We will take it at your pace, one session at a time.

My priority is creating a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing at your own pace, and leaving the session with a better understanding of how we can work together. By the end of our first meeting, we’ll have a plan that feels realistic, personalized, and focused on helping you move forward.
