Welcome! I am an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in San Diego. I am a holistic psychotherapist, meaning I integrate the body, mind, and spirit into my work with clients.

I help young adults navigating the effects of childhood trauma, sexual abuse and assault, other overwhelming life experiences and traumas, anxiety, life transitions, and low self-worth.

I believe in a healing approach that considers the whole person and the complexity of their experiences. I use practical methods to help you connect with your body and understand your reactions to everyday situations. Together, we'll work towards helping you feel more present and alive.

My work is informed and inspired by mindfulness, breath practices, time in nature, and ongoing education in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Play Therapy, expressive arts techniques, self-compassion, and attachment theory.

You can expect a warm, compassionate, safe environment where you will not be judged and are welcomed fully as you are. We will start by getting to know one another and developing a roadmap for what we want to explore and accomplish together. I seek to make therapy a collaborative process, as you are the expert in your own life! I will support you to increase awareness of your body, mind, and behavior, as well as to leave sessions with mind-body tools to apply in daily life.

I am currently not accepting new clients. I do maintain a waitlist and can notify interested clients with my availability when I have an opening.
