Great to meet you!
I have over 17 years of experience supporting individuals and families across a variety of mental health settings. For 13 years, I worked in Mobile Crisis, helping people navigate acute emotional and behavioral challenges with compassion and stability during difficult moments. I also spent 4 years in Community Mental Health, including providing Mobile Therapy through the IBHS program, supporting children, adolescents, and families in home and community settings.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in the state of Pennsylvania. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, integrating evidence-based practices to help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
As a Christian, I recognize that faith and spirituality can play an important role in healing and personal growth. For clients who desire it, I am comfortable incorporating faith into the therapeutic process. At the same time, I deeply respect each person’s unique beliefs and values, and I welcome individuals from all spiritual backgrounds, including those exploring spirituality in ways that may differ from my own.
