Great to meet you!

I have over 17 years of experience supporting individuals and families across a variety of mental health settings. For 13 years, I worked in Mobile Crisis, helping people navigate acute emotional and behavioral challenges with compassion and stability during difficult moments. I also spent 4 years in Community Mental Health, including providing Mobile Therapy through the IBHS program, supporting children, adolescents, and families in home and community settings.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in the state of Pennsylvania. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, integrating evidence-based practices to help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

As a Christian, I recognize that faith and spirituality can play an important role in healing and personal growth. For clients who desire it, I am comfortable incorporating faith into the therapeutic process. At the same time, I deeply respect each person’s unique beliefs and values, and I welcome individuals from all spiritual backgrounds, including those exploring spirituality in ways that may differ from my own.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals of all ages across Pennsylvania navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or looking for more direction, I’m here to help you better understand your patterns and develop practical tools to move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques to support lasting progress. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients throughout Pennsylvania, and I’d be honored to support you.
