Great to meet you!

Whether you're navigating anxiety, a health challenge, a big life transition, or the weight of carrying too much for too long, you deserve support that meets you where you are. I bring a full range to helping people build practical skills that align with their values and the life they actually want. If you're ready to explore what's possible, I'd love to connect.

My approach to therapy

While there’s no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. It is my hope that we can work together to identify problem areas, create, implement, and manage meaningful and healthy solutions. I specialize in trauma informed care, CBT, interpersonal & solution based therapy.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I'll start by listening: to what brought

you here, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping life looks and feels like on the

other side. We'll talk through your goals, explore what's been getting in the way, and start

mapping out what our work together could look like. My aim is for you to leave that first hour

feeling heard, a little clearer about the path forward, and glad you reached out.
