Great to meet you!

I am a mental health therapist committed to helping adolescents and emerging adults cope with what can be an incredibly stressful and confusing chapter of life. I recognize that this period of life is uniquely demanding and that support in coping with a variety of challenges can go a long way. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with my M.S. from St. John Fisher University.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrated approach to therapy, combining a variety of treatment modalities including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), biofeedback, the emotional freedom technique (EFT or tapping), and creative arts. My experience includes, but is not limited to, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma or adjusting to stressful life events, and difficulties within relationships or with communication skills.

What you can expect from me

I value taking the time to build rapport in order to establish a comfortable atmosphere with each of my clients. I am passionate about helping teens and young adults process difficulties related to mental health, practice strategies, improve self-esteem, and learn how to build meaningful connections. What we cover during our sessions is ultimately up to you and I will allow you to guide the session based on your current concerns.
