Great to meet you!

I love what I do, and consider it an honor to work with my clients. It's so important to me to honor their courage and vulnerability. I have been doing therapy for 5 years and enjoy working with a variety of diagnoses including Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and OCD.

My approach to therapy

My first priority as a therapist is to establish a therapeutic relationship with my client, where they feel safe and connected. In treatment, I start where my clients are at, and make sure to focus on their personal goals. I often take a curious approach; and like to ask my clients questions that prompt them to reflect on how their trauma, experiences, and behaviors are positively and negatively impacting their life. I have the most experience in working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

By the time a client arrives to their first therapy session, they have often been carrying a heavy load for a long time. It's important to me to create an environment where my clients feel safe enough to set down that load and share it with me. My priority is that clients feel seen, understood, and hopeful by the time they are leaving the first session.
