Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked with addiction, trauma, adoption, and attachment in relationships since 2003. My training is a little unusual — two Master's degrees from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Counseling Psychology and Depth and Somatic Psychology — which means I work with the whole person, not just the symptom in front of me. If you've felt soul loss, shame, or a disconnect from yourself, your relationships, or your sense of purpose, this is exactly where I work best.

My approach to therapy

I work intuitively and through the soul, blending Jungian, archetypal, and depth psychology with art therapy, dance/movement, EMDR, and DBT. Rather than just managing symptoms, I help you understand your strengths and your character defects, so you can get curious about who you really are. My goal is to help you heal old wounds, loosen the grip of addiction or trauma, and learn to trust, love, and accept yourself — so you can live and love from a place of freedom instead of bondage.

What you can expect from me

Expect an honest, unhurried conversation — I want to understand your story, not just your diagnosis. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, what healing has looked like (or not looked like) so far, and what you want out of life and your relationships. There's no pressure to have it all figured out; my job in session one is simply to start connecting with you and to make sure this feels like the right fit.
