Great to meet you!

Originally from Ireland, I am a compassionate mental health professional and proud mother of two. I bring 10 years of experience supporting individuals across inpatient and outpatient settings, beginning my career as a registered nurse.

Throughout my career, I have worked with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including psychosis and chronic mental health conditions. I have also supported individuals in underserved communities, as well as those seeking care within their local communities. These experiences have shaped my commitment to providing thoughtful, respectful, and individualized support to every person I work with.

My approach to therapy

I take a kind, gentle, and receptive approach to care. I believe in meeting each person where they are and creating a supportive environment where they feel heard, understood, and respected. I work collaboratively with clients to provide encouragement, education about medications and therapy, and guidance around the importance of consistency and treatment adherence.

I understand that meaningful progress takes time. My goal is to help each client feel supported throughout their journey while building the knowledge, confidence, and tools they need to participate actively in their care.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to provide compassionate attention, thoughtful guidance, and a genuine commitment to understanding your unique needs. I want you to leave our sessions feeling heard, supported, and encouraged to continue moving forward.

I value building ongoing therapeutic relationships rooted in trust, respect, and collaboration. My goal is to be a steady source of support as you work toward improved mental health and well-being.
