Great to meet you!

My education has been focused on studying perspectives on personal development and emotional well-being. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Comparative Human Development from the University of Chicago and my Master’s degree from the Columbia School of Social Work. Before working in private practice, I provided therapeutic services in a range of settings, including community mental health centers, NYC public schools and group practices.

My approach to therapy

Informed by psychodynamics, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems and Jungian psychology, my intention is to create a space where my clients can experience the emotional attunement and safety that is required for deep self-exploration and healing. This process has the potential to introduce you to parts of yourself that have been in hiding and bring you closer to your personal truth, creating a through line from vulnerability to self-confidence.

What you can expect from me

My hope for my clients is that they're able to use the therapeutic relationship as a model for their relationship with themselves. By reframing and unlearning relational patterns that have been unconsciously adopted, I hope to empower clients to approach themselves with understanding and create their own realities.
