Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and adjustment to difficult life circumstances. I also have a particular passion for working with individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood, including those experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, birth trauma, infertility, pregnancy loss, or the unique challenges of having a baby in the NICU.

Drawing from my experience as a Medical Social Worker and NICU Social Worker, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through both the most joyful and the most difficult moments of their lives. This experience has prepared me to work with people facing life's greatest challenges with empathy, compassion, and steady support. I understand how overwhelming unexpected circumstances can feel, and I work alongside clients to build coping skills, strengthen resilience, cultivate self-compassion, and foster lasting emotional well-being.

Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a space to gain insight, develop new strategies, and move forward with greater confidence. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped to navigate whatever chapter of life you are in.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client centered. I believe that each person is the expert on their own life, and my role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools for change.

Most importantly, I believe that therapy is a partnership. My goal is to help clients feel understood, empowered, and supported as they navigate life's challenges and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know one another and building a strong therapeutic relationship.

You are in the driver's seat of therapy. My role is to listen, help you identify your goals, and work collaboratively with you at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we'll explore what brings you to therapy and begin creating a plan that reflects your unique needs, strengths, and values.
