Great to meet you!

Healing for Children, Support for Parents, Hope for Families

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in working with children and adults navigating attachment difficulties, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, with an emphasis on safety, connection, and healing.

Whether I’m supporting a child through play therapy or guiding a parent on their own healing journey, my goal is to create a space where both children and caregivers feel seen, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I utilize EMDR, mindfulness-based strategies, and am a Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) practitioner—tools that help restore a sense of safety and build stronger, healthier connections.

In our first sessions, you can expect a thoughtful parent intake where we explore your child’s needs in depth. From there, I provide education and practical tools for parents, while creating a safe, playful, and attuned environment for your child to thrive.

What you can expect from me

What makes my practice unique is my dual focus: I support children in healing, while also helping parents uncover and tend to their own attachment wounds. With over a decade of experience, I’ve seen how transformational it is when caregivers feel supported and children feel truly safe and loved.

I’m passionate about this work because I believe every child deserves to feel safe, and every parent deserves the tools and support to be the compassionate guide their child needs.
