Great to meet you!

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist who works with Individual adults and adolescents, many of whom identify along the LGBTQ+ spectrum. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and questions of identity. I have an MSW degree from NYU, where I interned with a psychoanalytic institute. I also earned a BA in Philosophy from The New School.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I help clients learn more about themselves and believe that insight is crucial for lasting change. My approach is exploratory, however, I meet clients where they're at and move at their pace. I understand that no two clients are alike and I tailor the treatment to meet your individual needs. My background in philosophy and the humanities informs my understanding of our shared human experiences and existential questions that often arise in therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I find that the exploratory process can be transformative and the self-awareness one acquires can lead to greater alignment between desires and actions and more flexibility and creative solutions to life's challenges.
