Great to meet you!

With close to 20 years in community social work and Marriage and Family Therapist licensure in Connecticut and Indiana, I use mindfulness and systemic therapy to help individuals deepen their connections.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in guiding individuals with connecting more deeply with themselves and others. My approach emphasizes mindfulness, exploring pain and peace cycles, aligning thoughts and actions with personal truth, and taking a systemic, holistic view of challenges within relationships and larger social contexts.

What you can expect from our first session

I use Mindfulness-Based Therapy to build self-awareness and presence, Relational Therapy to explore attachment styles and relationships, and Humanistic Therapy to support growth and authenticity. I also incorporate Strength-Based Therapy to highlight resilience and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thoughts, fostering lasting change and empowerment.
