My approach to therapy

Beyond coping skills, Rachel believes that clients benefit from exploring their personal stories and core beliefs to become more aware of how their inner world affects their daily lives. Rachel is honored to be part of this process and looks forward to engaging in honest conversations with her clients.

What you can expect from me

Rachel’s clinical experience furthermore includes treating areas like mood and personality disorders, self-harm and suicidal ideation/behaviors, relational conflicts, career counseling as well as processing traumatic experiences.
