Great to meet you!

Hi! I specialize in supporting adults navigating professional stress, burnout, and complicated dynamics at work — especially those with histories of harmful supervision or high-responsibility roles in helping fields. I also work with foster and adoptive parents who are walking the complicated path of attachment, advocacy, grief, and growth.

My approach to therapy

I bring curiosity and clarity to our work, holding space for nuance and complexity. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused work, and trauma-informed, humanistic, and strengths- and value-based perspectives. Therapy with me is about reconnecting you with your inner authority, values, and voice.

What you can expect from me

My sessions are both reflective and practical: we explore what’s underneath your experiences, while also identifying concrete steps to help you move forward. You can expect to gain language for what you're experiencing, tools for managing stress, and space to consider who you want to be — not just what you have to manage.
