Great to meet you!

As a licensed independent clinical social worker with a PhD in social work I have spent the past 30 years working with individuals who are going through many different challenges. What I know is that it's not easy seeking therapy so I want to recognize your strength in taking this first step on your journey!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative. I'm here to give you space to share your story, but I'm also committed to doing so by providing a safe space for you to do so. It's not always easy to open up about issues that you are struggling with. We will work together in exploring those issues in a safe space

What you can expect from me

I use the first session as an introductory session, an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to share your story, always keeping in mind that this is done in a safe space! What do you want to achieve in therapy? We can start to explore this and ways we can work together to achieve your success!
