Great to meet you!

Life can feel like a roller coaster, and unexpected changes may leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from the life you want. You do not have to navigate those challenges alone. For more than a decade, I have dedicated my career to helping people move through difficult seasons with greater clarity, confidence, and hope. I work with individuals of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, codependency, substance use concerns, relationship difficulties, and challenges with work-life balance. As a mother, I also understand the unique pressures women may face and have a particular interest in supporting women through postpartum concerns and other major life transitions. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we can identify what is holding you back, build on your strengths, and develop a healthier path forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every client brings different experiences, strengths, needs, and goals, so I tailor our work to fit you as an individual.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I provide a safe space for you to openly explore your thoughts and emotions while also helping you develop tools to manage challenges more effectively. Depending on your needs, our work may include identifying unhealthy patterns, strengthening coping skills, improving relationships, establishing boundaries, and creating greater balance in your daily life. Whether you are looking for guidance, meaningful change, or simply a supportive person who will listen without judgment, I will meet you where you are and help you move toward greater emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you have been experiencing, and what you hope will improve through our work together. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions and share at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We will begin identifying your goals and discussing an individualized plan for future sessions. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out—the first session is simply the beginning of building a trusting relationship and finding a path forward together.
