Great to meet you!

Struggling with depression & identity through childhood, diagnosed with ADHD as an adult— I know about "not reaching [your] potential," and feeling like everything is a struggle.

Beginning in middle school as a volunteer, I gained over 20 years of experience with a range of developmental and other issues before beginning grad school.

Since earning my license, my work has focused primarily on adults and teens with ADHD & ASD, chronic depression, LGBTQIA+ & identity issues.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, accepting environment in which to explore and embrace your most authentic self. Utilizing practical tools (cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, psychodynamic & body-centered practices), I focus on the development of self-compassion & awareness primarily through your current experience. If we come upon old stories getting in your way, we work together to create a repair-ative experience, helping you to let go of the pain and move on.

What you can expect from me

I help people to shake off old expectations & learn to tread a path in alignment with the truth of who they are. I help people experience a new sense of competence & confidence— allowing them to build a life that feels satisfying and fulfilling.
