Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I’m Rachel Roundtree, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with certifications in addiction, co-occurring disorders, and gambling addiction. I specialize in helping individuals navigate mental health and substance use challenges while empowering them to achieve their personal goals. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, supportive, and collaborative. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely. I listen deeply, reflect back, ask meaningful questions, and offer interpretations to help bring insight and clarity. Drawing on my experience in treating mental health, substance use, and gambling addictions, I tailor each session to meet your individual needs and empower you to reach your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, comfortable, and nonjudgmental environment where they can speak openly about their goals and challenges. I take time to listen carefully and understand your unique story, background, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll begin identifying areas you’d like to focus on and set realistic goals for our work. My aim is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
