Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions. I especially enjoy working with people who feel stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by their emotions, or disconnected from themselves. I believe you are more than the challenges that bring you to therapy, and I aim to understand you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. I use a blend of IFS, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to support growth and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful therapy starts with feeling seen, understood, and safe enough to be yourself. My style is warm and collaborative. I’ll meet you where you are while also helping you look beneath the surface and recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I tailor therapy to each person, balancing deeper exploration with practical tools and mind-body awareness. Our work is not only about feeling better, but also about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and creating changes that last.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you and for you to see whether working together feels like a good fit. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and supported, with a clearer sense of where we can begin.
