Insomnia - Nightmares- Circadian Rhythm Disorders. I partner with those frustrated with their sleep & desperate for more restful nights. Treatment for insomnia typically only takes 6-8 sessions. Together, we can develop a treatment plan to you get the restorative sleep you need. During which we can also work with your prescriber to get you off of sleep aids. Together we’ll identify and address the root causes of your insomnia. I use multiple therapeutic modalities to build the best program for treating sleep disorders.

My approach to therapy

As a sleep therapist, I specialize in identifying and addressing the root causes of insomnia. Through evidence-based approaches, personalized treatment plans, and ongoing support, I guide clients in cultivating healthier sleep habits, promoting relaxation, and achieving restful nights.

I personally struggled with insomnia for over a decade and I thought I was doomed to bad sleep until I discovered CBT-I and was cured in 6 weeks. CBT-I changed my life and I was so inspired that I dedicated my career to helping others sleep better. Reach out today for a free consult so we can work together to get you more restful sleep and improve your life!
