I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and graduate of Boston University. I strive to create an open, safe space to help people develop an understanding of themselves to better support them. I specialize in working with people who experience anxiety, panic disorders, depression, have relationship challenges, or have a history of experiencing trauma.
