I am a mom, eldest daughter, and military brat. I grew up all over the world and have been in the mental health world for about 10 years. I have been practicing as a therapist for the past few years and love helping people accomplish their goals and find their path.
The most important part of therapy is finding a space where you feel comfortable and safe. I try to fit your experience to your needs and learning style and communication preferences.
Our first session will be a pressure free space to determine if we are a good fit and make a plan to reach your goals for therapy.
