My approach to therapy

I'm warm and welcoming in therapy and I view therapy as a partnership between myself and my clients. I may be a specialist in how to treat symptoms, but you are the specialist on yourself, your values and your goals.

My focus in therapy is on understanding my client's values and exploring what holds them back from living purposeful and fulfilling lives. I work with clients on changing the way the relate to their thoughts, the way they behave and the way they feel. I work a lot on practicing being present to experience life to its fullest.
