Great to meet you!

I am a Christian counselor with over 19 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. My heart is to meet people where they are and walk with them toward healing, hope, and growth. I specialize in working with children, teens, and families, addressing challenges like bullying, peer pressure, and substance exposure.

Drawing from my own experience of growing up without a voice, I’m passionate about helping others know their voice matters and their feelings are valid. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University and integrate faith with practical tools to support lasting change. Whether navigating crisis, recovery, or personal growth, I strive to offer a safe, compassionate space where every story matters.

My approach to therapy

Everyone is unique and deserves to have individual approach to therapy to be effective. Communication and listening are important parts of the sessions. I want to support but challenge you to achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

I strive to help guide you to not only achieve your goals but to also enjoy the journey. Life can be a struggle at times but there will always be a light at the end of the tunnel.
