Great to meet you!

Now Offering: Walking and Movement-Based Therapy

Therapy doesn’t have to stay inside four walls. I offer walking and movement-based sessions at a confidential, mutually chosen location. This approach invites a more collaborative dynamic, eases the intensity of face-to-face talk, and supports healing through nature and motion.

If you're navigating challenges with identity, career, relationships, grief, fertility, or family, walking therapy offers a grounded, supportive, and strategic path toward meaningful change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a warm, supportive, and eclectic approach to my therapeutic work with clients. I completed a training in Women's Mental Health at Atrius Health with a focus on postpartum anxiety and depression. I utilize self-compassionate work, cognitive-based-therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), among many other dynamics.

What you can expect from our first session

You can walk away expecting to feel supported and energized with specific strategies to help you continue to heal and work towards your goals.

You will feel empowered by the skills that you already have that we have discovered and identified together.

Also, hopefully we will have laughed!
