Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Ra'chel and I invite you to reach out if you think we might be a good match. I see therapy as an invitation to be fully present together—to slow down, tune in, and notice what wants to emerge in the space. If we live in a holographic universe—where each part contains the whole—then what shows up in your daily life and inner world will naturally reveal itself in our sessions. When we create the conditions for honesty and authenticity, the therapeutic space becomes a mirror, reflecting the patterns, wounds, and wisdom already present within you. The quality of our shared presence has the power to invite your higher self forward and create new ways of relating to long-held patterns and wounds. Engaging in therapy this way feels meaningful to me, and it's a privilege to support others in this way. I am trained in Internal Family Systems and am heavily influenced by the skills and theories behind Hakomi. I’ve studied Compassionate Communication for the past five years and have found its principles highly effective in supporting individuals. It’s especially helpful for people-pleasing clients, offering tools to set boundaries, express needs clearly, and stay true to themselves in relationships.

My approach to therapy

I bring a background in meditation and mindfulness rooted in the Zen tradition. Mindfulness forms the foundation of my work, as I value a somatic approach that weaves together the felt experience of the body with the mind’s capacity for meaning-making. This integration supports a deeper, more embodied path toward self-understanding and healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a compassionate, mindfulness-based space where they learn to connect more deeply with themselves. Drawing from Internal Family Systems, Hakomi, and Compassionate Communication, I help clients connect with their internal experience—emotionally, somatically, and cognitively—so they can better understand their patterns, clarify their needs, and move through life with greater authenticity and ease.
