Great to meet you!

Hi There! I'm Rachel. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I believe that individuals are the experts in their own lives, and I work with you towards growth and stability within yours. I have close to seven years of experience, with a primary focus on teens and adults that have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, or ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I support individuals who are seeking healing from trauma, improving relationships, identifying emotions, and setting strong boundaries. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, non-judgement, direct, and specific towards each individual client. I'll be here to encourage you, challenge you, and support you to growth and resilience.

What you can expect from me

I start with an introductory session, providing you to explore "why now", share the parts of your story you're comfortable with, and what you're hoping to get out of sessions. We will work together to figure out the how to meeting the goals of what you would like to accomplish from therapy. My mission is to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment that is secure enough for vulnerability and sharing to occur. From there, we will work together to meet your goals.
