A bit about my approach to therapy

Rachel believes that every person possesses unique strengths and that there are no lost causes. It is her goal to assist clients in identifying and using their strengths to create meaningful goals, process life events, and establish lasting hope. Rachel is skilled at reframing and helping clients connect their experiences to a bigger picture, finding purpose and growth through unwelcome conflict and pain.

What you can expect from our first session

Growing pains are a natural part of therapy, and should be expected. Rachel values patience, flexibility, and above all respect in the therapy process, allowing the client to move at his or her own pace. Rachel will work tirelessly to help clients find the hope that belongs to them and achieve a higher quality of life through a deeper understanding of their personal values and strengths.
