Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Rachel, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my social work degree from Hunter College's Silberman School of Social Work. I have extensive experience working with children, from 8-21, in school settings, and private settings. I have also worked with adults in private settings, helping to navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I am open-minded and believe that therapy should be a space where all client's feel heard and supported, without judgment. All aspects of your life can be discussed in our sessions, to help us better navigate how you're impacted.

What you can expect from me

In therapy sessions, together we will create an environment where you feel supported and safe, to express yourself freely. I work with children and adults to help understand emotions, identify negative thought patterns and behaviors, develop healthy coping skills and improve overall functioning.
